Deposit & cancelation policy
- A deposit of $100 per day is required when booking.
- Once your deposit is received any other inquiries for that date or time are denied. We cannot hold a specific day unless a deposit has been received.
- No-Show-No-Call = will forfeit your deposit and or paid trip.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full to the captain at the time of your arrival.
- We accept cash, Venmo, and credit cards.
- Bookings made within 24 hours of charter start time are non-refundable or transferable unless the Captain cancels the trip for weather or mechanical issues.
- 8 am charters must be canceled before 8 am the day before the charter for it to be counted as 24 hours.
- The captain may cancel the Fishing Charter for weather or mechanical issues at any time. You will be rescheduled or refunded if you are not able to reschedule.
- If you cancel last minute you leave a captain onshore without someone to go fishing with. Within the 24-hour window, they likely passed up the opportunity to take someone else. Let’s just go fishing.
